Floyd's Wrecker Service in Knoxville
My car was towed by Floyds', from UT campus, parked at Barclay House which they are paid to monitor who parks there. I had to pay $100 to retrieve my car, but the damages to my car were much more they damaged the back bumper with a cable that they claim there was no way they could've done and the front bumper has extensive damaage that they are denying any responsibility for. I will have to seek legal help to get reimbursed for the damages they have done. I would not recommend using them!!!
IF YOU ARE FEMALE, do not use them. Floyd's was towing a young woman who had understandably parkedbrieflyin a place that read "customers only," by a restaurant. This is an extremely unprofessional, predatory, and venal business. Their workers are VERY threatening and hostile, especially for women. Do not use them if you have regard for your safety!
